Hi i m facing problem regarding my cash back against my order on Amazon i fell cheated they mislead me on ** Oct **** they assured me with an email that i m eligible for cash back & after * months they r saying that i m not eligible against terms & conditions every time when i have contacted customer service they assured me that ill get my cash back of **% of my purchases Amount will be transferred to my sbi bank account on ** jan **** but on * feb **** they said i m not eligible for any cashback i have long argument regarding this issue & on** feb **** one of there seniors assured me that if i have a written email assuring me for cashback so i will receive cashback within * to * business days but i didn't get any money *n ** feb **** i again call to cc Amazon *st they said i m not eligible after argument of * hr they said ok we will provide the cashback wait for * working days till ** feb **** but when i Amazon cc on ** feb **** they said the same thing that u eill not receive any cashback ur bot eligible under t&c i m feeling cheated & mentally harassed could you please help me
