This is ridiculous. I ordered products from Nykaa. I have not received all the products. I sent an email and the customer consultant asked me for the receipt box and products I received. I sent her.
What they guys mean by sent partial order and take the full amount from the customer for nothing. What they think we have money from trees to give these guys. I need my products or my money. Worst customer experience.
I want to give her -* rating. I have not got the products. I paid the money for nothing. Do we have the option before paying to courier we open box first and pay only what in the box?
I want the refund of my full amount. Why I have to pay for cheap products and what I received nothing that’s ridiculous.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
