I have ordered total ** items and received only ** items. Upon raising concern, Nykaa is lying straight through their teeth and saying they have shipped everything. I have shared every photo and proof of what they asked for and when I am asking for proof of complete shipment from them, they are denying it. Please help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
