Hi,
I ordered around * items from nyka but received only * of it.Even after trying all sort of complains ,talking to customer care of nyka,chats,mails to support team.At the end they end up saying that "we have investigated the same with the warehouse team and with the courier partner and have received a confirmation that there were no issues with the consignment sent to you".I don't understand it's fault from Their side but instead of helping or refunding they are telling this.Sorry even for me money matters.
You can't just end up that sorry for inconvenience caused.Hello nykaa service is waste and in future never I will order.so kindly refund my money.
