I have ordered a realme tablet worth ₹***** on ** Dec **** with credit card and it was showing it will deliver to my address by * Jan ****. On *th & *th Jan I got an message of undelivered due location issue but no call I have received from delivery person. On *th I have raised a complain to Flipkart regrading the same and they said it will going to resolve by ** Jan. Then next it the resolution date change to ** Jan and next ** Jan. Meantime I was constantly talking to customer care and each time they are saying tomorrow your product will deliver but on * Jan I got a message saying you product is cancelled and they are refunding the amout by **th Jan. I need that tablet for study and due to this incident I have lost **-** days and my money also stuck.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
