Viswanathan filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 26, 2021
I ordered a phone with an exchange with my existing phone. It was about to deliver today but the person denied delivery because my existing phone was faulty. It had no scratches on. The person who came to deliver my product criticized my product, reacted rude and asked me to go to Flipkart stores and ask if this product was okay with exchange. According to Flipkart norms, if the phone switches on and stays on standby for ** seconds the product is eligible for exchange. My phone was in very good condition with no scratches on. The person just gave reasons and denied to deliver the product and take my product too. Please do the necessary and I'm very upset with Flipkart after this incident. Please do the necessary what has to be done. I've already paid for my new phone and I got no intimation about what happened to my money now. And this involves me going from place to place in search of warehouse too. I've attached the photos of my old phone which is actually very much fit for exchange.
