The order id of the Laptop i ordered is ********** product was in dead condition ... But after so many sufferings I made the doa letter from the hp Service Centre, But now paytm is not responding to my query regarding pickup/replacement....
I also told the problem to seller by my own... and he said if Paytm will allow you to give refund or replacement ...then only he is ready to take it back.... what i can do know... please help
