Urban Company formally Urban Clap - Product taken for repair not delivered numerous false deadlines and assurances given

The repair person came to my house on **th of January and collected the product from me claiming in person that he would solve the issue in * days, multiple days later when I reached out to him he told me that keyboard was not functioning properly and he didn't have the spare part, he told me could alter with device cutting a square shaped hole into its body, I refused to have my laptop's bits and pieces chopped and asked him to give me back the laptop the way it was. Then the next day he told me he has found the spare parts and will be delivering my laptop the next day. Ever since then I've been told blatant lies by the repair person and false promises from the Urban Clap customer care. I have missed numerous classes, forms and applications that had to be filled and submitted and missed numerous important meetings. I want not only my laptop to be delivered but get compensated for the opportunities I've missed and the stress and anxiety this whole situation has put me through
