Urban Company formally Urban Clap - Appliance Damaged and No response

Had booked for AC repair as it was not cooling enough. Technician changed parts, filled gas and said that it was fully repaired and no problems will come for *-* years. But in * weeks it was not cooling again. Complained to UC, technician sent (arrived *.* hours later than appointed time), visually looked and said that he will need the company's approval to perform repair and will come again next day. Have been trying to get a call back from UC since then, everyday, requested to cash in the insurance too, escalated too, opened tickets, but no response at all from them. They have totally ignored me.
