I gave my Panasonic ** inch LED TV to Urban company for repair for display issue. But after repair within *-* working days, a crack within the TV screen at a corner started showing. When I asked them to fix/repair/replace this they told I will have to open a new request to replace the panel which will cost now ***** Rupees. This is not acceptable as this damage has been caused due to the ongoing repair for which they give * months warranty. It should be also covered. I need them to fix this issue. Please help.
