I purchased an American tourister bag worth **** from Amazon, in the month of July. It was on **th of July when I ordered the bag and got it on **st July. I wanted to return that product cause I found better product from another company which I also placed order from Amazon. My return pickup was scheduled on **nd July but at that time of month it was raining heavily so I got another pickup of **rd July and the guy came for the pickup yet it was raining but he came when it slowed down. I gave my bag to him he checked the bag and said you'll get your refund. But since that day it can't be seen where my product has gone and the return status is still pending till now. I contacted the costumer service and he said when we get your item, your return will be initiated. I tried asking many times to Amazon service but they only said we cand help anything on this and we can't give your money back. It was just a scam that happened to me through Amazon and after this incident my trust for Amazon is broken and I'm never gonna buy any product from it. Please help if you can!
