Tumbledry Solutions Pvt Ltd - Product received without cleaning and lots of dust particles in that

One blanket was given for dry cleaning to the Tumble dry and it was received without cleaning as well as lots of dust particles was found on it. An already raised a complaint to the store that previously when the same blanket was given for cleaning then it came with a big black spot. Now they are denying to reclean it by stating that "our responsibility is only till * week after the service. As the blankets are used only in winters and when the last winter season end up then the blanket was sent for cleaning and when it got delivered at that time covid situation was going on we kept that blanket as it is just on the faith of the brand Tumble dry and now when we took out the blanket to use it then we found such things and after raising complaint to the store and customer care both are denying to resolve the problem. This is how such brand name works. My question is, if they would have done their work properly at that time then why should I ask the service again even when we extremly extremly needed to use that blanket.
