Recently i visited first time tumble dry in udaipur rajasthan on trust basis as the company is renowned and i would like to say that they did FRAUD with me a big fraud loss of ***** During a routine dry cleaning of my *-piece suit, my shirt was burnt and torn, causing significant financial harm of **,*** INR. This level of damage is unacceptable and raises concerns about quality control and employee training. INVOICE NUMBER T**** I request NCH to take strict action against this complaint and close there business as they are creating harm and disturbing alot by doing ** calls in a day Please take actions immediately Also, they had not provided me any invoice just asked me to click photo WORST FACILITY WORST COMPANY
