We gave a carpet for washing and before it got returned we got a call from tubledry that the carpet had a smell, so they will take longer to return it. When it got delivered, it had a terrible smell still, and we raised a complain. They picked it back up to wash and then returned it after more than * weeks. When we opened the carpet, it still had the tereible stink of mould. Since then we have called and raised ckmplain through app. They are saying your carpet has a problem and they can not do anything about it. It is a carpet worth INR **k, on which we have paid more than INR *k for washing, and still without a livable carpet since last * months. I have a * year old child- what if he gets sick because of the mould in the carpet. This is pathetic service and reaponse!!! I want a refund for the price of my carpet!
