Tumbledry Solutions Pvt Ltd - Damaged new costly leather jacket sent for dry clean

The so called online laundry service provider had taken my new costly leather jacket for dry clean on **-Dec. They delivered the jacket in bad condition on **-dec. The brown shining Export quality leather jacket had black marks and spots all over the collar, shoulder and at back side. It also had deep scratches on the front. When I refused to take the jacket in that condition the delivery agent took it back. Since then I’m following up with them and listening to their excuses and sorries. Last week they told me the jacket cannot be repaired and is tarnished, when I asked for compensation they said we can give you few free dry clean service only not the jacket amount. Plz help me in getting my loss compensated as it was my favourite newly purchased out of budget jacket
