This is to formally notify you that despite returning the product (Order ID: ***-*******-*******) in its original and correct condition, I have not received my refund. Your representative verified the item at pickup, and the return was delivered to your warehouse on May **, ****. However, I am now falsely being accused of returning the wrong product. This has caused me financial loss and severe mental harassment. If the refund is not processed within * days, I will initiate legal proceedings through the Consumer Forum.
