Puneeth filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 10, 2022
Recently I have made a purchase on *st of July for mentioned order number. The product got delivered on *nd July.
Due to fitting issue I have raised a return request on the same day(*nd July).
The product was supposed pickup on *rd July, but it didn't happened, then postponed to *th July the agent said due to heavy rain he couldn't make it on that day. Later on *th July the product was successfully picked up but I didn't get any confirmation on that. Hence I called the cx care twice for the confirmation and they told to wait for **hrs.
But surprisingly I got a call from pickup agent and said he is coming for pickup and I confirmed it's already completed yesterday check with your team. Later I got message that the return service has been cancelled.
I tried contacting your customer support but I didn't get any response from your side.
Why was the return request is cancelled and what happened to returned product? Where is my refund?
I am your Flipkart Plus Customer and I have made a lots of purchase in the recent time but i didn't expect this kind of service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
