Hi, I have made a purchase of Wakefit Orthopedic Memory * inch Queen PU Foam Mattress from Flipkart on **th Feb ****. But since I was having some issues with the product I decided to return it. The pickup of the product was done on **th Feb **** and as per the communication from the seller Wakefit, the product reached back to their warehouse on March *st ****. And they have initiated a refund back to Flipkart as the return was complete. But as per flipkart the seller did not complete the pick up and they are not ready to refund back the amount to me. I have contacted flipkart multiple times over the last two weeks, but they are not ready to look into the issue, they always give me a standard response that the pick is not completed, the seller has not updated it, so they are not processing the refund. I have already given to flipkart the mail confirmation from wakefit about the pick up, shared with the receipt which we get from the person who come to pickup the product. But they are still not willing to look into the issue.
I have tried everything I could to check with Flipkart and Wakefit. But none of them is helping me. So finally writing a consumer complaint here.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
