Hi My Name : ShivendraMy Order Number : OD******************Product Name : LG *.* Ton * Star Split Dual Inverter Convertible *-in-* Cooling HD Filter with AntiVirus Protection AC - WhiteI ordered this product on **th April.They are playing with my product. My AC installation is not done till now. They created a replacement request at their end without my knowledge. They didn't provide the missing item, Installation not done. I have been waiting for the last ** days. They canceled the replacement as well.
I confirmed with your team many times regarding my replacement policy. They told me after installation your ** day replacement policy will be start for prove You can check my conversations recording before *th May.. Everytime they said installation required product replacement warranty start after product Installation then why is my replacement time over??? It means they told me a lie every time
I request you to please solve this issue. All these things were pending at your ends, not my end.. Every time they are changing the date first they provide *th may then *rd may after that *th may then **th may Now **th may.. But I didn't get any solution.
Currently there are * patients in my home. I have been waiting since the last ** days for my AC to be installed.. but I didn't get any solution...
they didn't return my product or not provided refund... My father is in a critical condition. They operated last week and went back home * days before that's why I ordered this AC.. But my bed luck this time.. please take this request seriously and take the action asap..
I have been requesting with flipkart's team since the last ** days but they have neglected me every time.. No solution provided.. Me and my family are really sad with your output ..
Please try to understand this is a medical emergency... a normal person can easily manage it but for the patient it is not possible.. I have been waiting since the last ** day but you are delaying everytime now saying your return is over.. please tell me who is responsible for that???
Flipkart's team is harassing me again & again. They are providing the date again and again but didn't provide the solution. I complained **-** times with customer support flipkart but no response no output.
Please fix this ASAP..
