Sreekanth Reddy filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 17, 2020
I have purchased a washing machine from Flipkart on the *th of this month but I got a product that is not working properly, On the same day of installation I called Flipkart customer care and said about the issue and asked for a replacement of the product and Flipkart accepted to replace the product after the technician visit and confirms there is an issue in the product. I have accepted for that and the technician has to visit by **th of November **** as per their promise but no one visited or not even got a call form any person but Flipkart cancelled my replacement request saying that the technician has visited and found no issues in the product. I called Flipkart again on **t November **** and said no technician visited us and again requested for the replacement and as per Flipkart promise the technician has to visit on **th November **** but no one came to us but Flipkart again rejected my replacement saying there is no issue in the product. The last day for replacing the product is **st November **** but Flipkart is trying to escape the replacement by just prolonging the time with new requests. And I don't have any belief in the seller or Flipkart now. So, I want to have a refund of my Money. I don't have a transaction Id as I made payment through Cash on Delivery.
