Amazon India - Product not returned

Dear sir,
I bought an adidas shoe from Amazon order no. *****************. Due to problem with size i requested for a return. They gave me the pickup date of **/**/**, but no pickup was dne so i called the customer service and and they gave another date of ** oct. Again nobody came to pickup the product and when i called them, making fake excuses they gave me the next date. Since then they are giving date after date but not picking up the package. Their agents shamelessly tells a lie and just try to procrastinate the issue. Pls help i am feeling cheated.
