Jeeves Consumer Service - Product not repaired and returned

Mobile was picked up for repairing service as per Complete Mobile protection plan purchased from Flip kart . After pick up on **th Oct **** was informed that I will receive my product within ** working days. But that never happened . No update provided by company even after ** days after calling more than ** times and sending emails. Filled a complain with Flipkart as well but no help provided as it was sold as Flipkart assure complete mobile protection plan and quoted " if we cant repair we will replace it". After ** days I got a call that they cannot repair the mobile and would pay me **% refund which I declined as my investment and damages had got more. Because they were not able to provide me mobile on time I had to purchase a second hand mobile. Plus a lot of harassment was done. Since then they have not provided any information and has been not providing any assistance. No concrete reply to my emails or over call with customer care. Till date more than ** days have gone by and my mobile and the money charged to me are with them.
