Jeeves Consumer Service - Not respond last 2 month

I purchased one plus tv from flipkart at march ****. And insured the tv * years (**** rupee's) at Jeeves consumer service. Last month tv display not on. I complaint to Jeeves team many times through phone call. Not no bodies not come. Still no response
