RB filed complaint against Jeeves Consumer Service on Feb 25, 2022
I had filed complaint for my damaged tv panal under warranty (extended) from jeeves. their engineer came and verified and provided solution as replacemnt or panel replacemnt or refund. after ** days my waraanty expired . then jeeves now not responding to my mail /call..stalling my call evrytime promising the escalation of issue still no action has been taken since.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
