I have * year complete protection plan for my TV bought it from Flipkart and the protection plan is given by jeeves consumer care . Recently on ** march **** i requested for service for my Tv, its not working properly. From jeeves side very bad response to resolve my problem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
