PayTM - Product not received and the status shows delivered

Ordered an iPhone * on **th September.The shipping was scheduled on th **th September.I got a SMS and notification on the PayTM Mall app on *.** PM on the **th September informing that my product has been shipped and will be delivered on *st Oct.Then just after * minutes on *.** PM,I get the information that the product has been delivered.The attached invoice is also of **th September so it can't be the case of late updatingof shipping.Dont know what technology of delivery was used that the product was delivered ***kms away in * minutes.Filed a query to the customer support on the **th Sept.I have called * times in the last * days and they just keep saying that the query is in process.Worse,I have nvr got any response through either mail,SMS or Call regarding my query.Each time I am approaching them but to no avail.(Query No.-********)
