Terrible Experience on Flipkart
Ordered a Computer Desk on **st June. Shipped by seller on **th June. Flipkart gave Expected Delivery date *nd July. On *nd July I received a message that the new delivery date is *th July. I called customer service.
CALL * (*rd July) – CS Executive said they are unable to track the order. He assured me delivery would happen in a couple of days and apologized for delay.
CALL * (*th July) – Table did not come, so I asked for cancellation. CS said order cannot be cancelled, and I would have to wait for *th. When I predicted that on *th the date would again be changed by a week he said this would not happen, and if delivery did not happen by *th the issue would be escalated to back-end team and order would be cancelled (HE LIED).
CALL * (*th July) – Table did not come. Delivery date changed to **th (So I was right). CS said they still cannot cancel order and that I would have to wait till **th. NO ESCALATION TO BACKEND TEAM. NO CANCELLATION. ALL LIES.
CALLS *-* with social media team resulted in fasle assurances for delivery by **th. And now I received a message that delivery will happen on **th ... That's ** days after original delivery date But I'm sure even on **th delivery will get delayed again like before.
FLIPKART SEEMS TO WANT TO TEST THE PATIENCE OF ITS CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT VALUE THEIR TIME.
