Wooden street furniture pvt ltd - Product Not Delivered

I ordered an Almirah from Wooden Street Store in Indirapuram Ghaziabad. The purchase was made on November *th. The delivery date was promised as *-* weeks. Today is **th December *:** pm while I am writing this. I have called them hundreds of times and everytime they say it will be dispatched in within a week, after a couple of times, I tried to connect through to a customer support manager and they blatantly disconnect the call after putting me on hold for ** mins atleast each time. They have also denied me any sort of refund. I have understood that they will send the product whenever they want and it is useless contacting them. I have therefore been forced to seek outside help.
