I ordered a dj controller online from vplak India on */*/**** .Dispatch was supposed to be in *-* HOURS and delivery was supposed to be in *-* days.Initally the website displayed that they had multiple pieces of the said product in stock.When I did not get the order confirmation immediately,I had to message them and get the confirmation.Product hasn’t been dispatched even after ** days.Initially they replied to my email.Now they avoid all communication.Hence the complaint
