Hi, i ordered a mobile phone from Amazon few days back and during the day of delivery the courier guy cancelled the delivery and processed it for returning to the seller. Upon contacting Amazon, they told me that not to worry and my product will get replaced but today it shows that they cannot arrange a new product and have refunded my money, which i clearly mentioned to them that i don't want refund since this was a limited stock item.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
