I placed an order on ** February **** worth ₹**,*** on Amazon India.
From the very next day, I requested cancellation of the order, but the seller refused stating that the item was already in transit.
After a few days, the order was suddenly marked as “Delivered.”
However, I did not receive the product.
There was:
No delivery call
No OTP
No delivery attempt
When I checked the tracking details provided by the seller, it clearly shows that the product was delivered in Bapunagar, Hyderabad, whereas my actual address is Ravindra Nagar, Secunderabad.
This clearly proves that the product was delivered to a wrong location and not to me.
Actions Taken by Me:
Contacted Amazon multiple times via calls and support
Requested Proof of Delivery (OTP, signature, delivery person details)
Shared all screenshots and tracking proof
Raised A-to-Z claim
Despite this:
No Proof of Delivery was provided
Amazon only stated “Investigation completed”
My claim was rejected without valid evidence
Additional Efforts:
Registered complaint through consumer helpline (via call)
Posted issue on LinkedIn for escalation
Even after these efforts, no proper resolution has been provided. It has been more than * months, and I am still waiting.
My Concern:
Product not received
Delivery done at wrong location
Refund denied unfairly
This has caused me financial loss and mental stress, as this is a significant amount for me.
What I Expect from Voxya:
I request Voxya to:
Help escalate this issue against Amazon India
Assist in sending a strong legal notice
Help in filing a consumer court (e-daakhil) case if required
Put pressure on the company for a fair resolution
