Crocs India had arranged for reverse pickup of my product on July **th. I was initially unable to get in touch with the courier partner, but then finally was able to hand over the item to the courier partner on that day itself.
But I got a message saying to reschedule. I assumed there was some mistake with the system as it has happened before so I rescheduled to July **, so that I can inform the courier partner that item was already picked up.
On July **, another partner showed up and I told them shipment was picked up already. But Crocs India is saying the shipment was never picked up.
I believe the first courier partner made a mistake by not marking the item as picked up.
