I received a WhatsApp message from the company (verified) that there is a package out for delivery. I gave a request to change the address and I got accepted. Later the delivery person called and when we informed him that we are in a different location, he insisted on getting the OTP/Code without delivering the product. He was nowhere close to my location. We denied and it was mentioned as we refused to accept.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
