I have ordered a bouquet mauve melody on ** april **** night for ** april at standard delivery slot(**am-**pm) by paying extra ** rupees and my ordered didn’t get delivered and app is not showing any update after saying we have initiated making your order when i contacted IGP on whatsapp customer care they said that flower is not available so asked them to proceed with other flower but after sometime after *** msgs they just replied they don’t have the other flower as well and cancelling your order and our escalation team will connect with you for further assistance and i am not getting any response from igp now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
