IGP - Order not delivered

Hi Voxya team,

I placed an order on IGP’s website in the Evening today i.e. Feb. **, ****. I chose the **-minute delivery option, paid the full amount and waited for the products to get delivered (patiently).

After nearly one hour ** minutes, I noticed that I had not received any notification from IGP’s end. So, I tracked the order and saw that the order has been canceled from their end without any update. For me, this is beyond disappointing on so many levels. How can they cancel the order themselves without informing/notifying/updating the customer? And even if they had to cancel the order why didn’t they refund the amount right away?

When I started chatting with the number provided (since there’s no option to talk to an executive over the phone) three different people came online (via chat) introduced themselves, asked about the query and then vanished. They kept saying wait for **-** mins repeatedly for over an hour. They did tell me there was an issue with the purple daisies (one of the things (a bouquet) I ordered) as they weren’t available. If they weren’t available why was my order and money accepted in the first place?

This is known as scamming people in lay terms.

I have been a loyal IGP customer and this experience has been extremely disappointing. This was done in bad faith.
Horrible customer service experience. I haven’t received a response from them yet. I’m someone who won’t let them cheat me and get away with it.

I would appreciate if you guys can help me get the refund.
