Order hasn't been delivered since morning the delivery window was from * am to * pm, it was a mother's day order. The customer service is not responding at all.
Just sending an AI message that it will reach you on time, which is obviously not possible now. There's no way to talk to their customer support or know if the order will ever be delivered or not
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
