Flipkart - Product not delivered every time

Dear Flipcart Team,

Thank you for providing the worst service ever.

I ordered * different products over the last ** days but all my orders were canceled without informing me. All orders have been canceled on the same day of delivery or * day before the delivery.

I feel cheated by Flipkart. Every time I spoke with the executive over the call. She said your issue will be resolved in the next ** hours also you will get a seniors' call in the next *-* hours on your concern. I didn't get any calls or mail. I am totally harassed and cheated by Flipkart, I started getting a headache, How can you make your Plus member customer as a fool, you accepted the order and provide the delivery date and at the last moment you canceled the order
