I ordered shoes from Flipkart. It was prepaid order. On **th April Flipkart marked it delivered but I didn't receive the product. I raised querry through their website but they told it will get resolved by *th May. After two days they marked the query as resolved. Getting pissed off I call them again stating what has happened and again they raised querry. Same thing happened again and now they are telling it will get solved by *th May. They are not giving any contact number of delivery person or delivery hub. They always tell concern team is working on it, but no result. I want my refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
