Hi sir,
I have ordered a mobile realme gt master edition
In big billion day sale with order I'd- OD******************.It has to be
delivered by October *th as it reached my town hub as shown in flipkart,but
it didn't delivered.From October *th onwards I am regularly following up with your
customer care executive daily for the delivery,they said our backend team
will resolve the issue by October **th.Still they haven't resolved my issue
nor delivered the mobile and samething repeated until October **st,then I mailed to outreach@flipkart.com after that also I didn't got any cal or mail after * days they called and said they will resolve the issue and deliver it,still the complaint is in pending stage,the product is cancelled without my knowledge and concern.when I called again to customer support they said the problem is from seller bla bla after sometime another customer executive told that it has been cancelled by logistics team.I have ordered this mobile in big billion day with good offer,but after waiting for * weeks they finally cancelled.I didn't expect this type of irresponsible
behaviour from flipkart backend and logistics team.irresponsible backend and
logistics team,and one customer support executive on Saturday morning October ** morning *st call,she put for ** mins hold and dropped my call intentionally done,very rude nd unprofessional behaviour ,even seller is not good.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
