I have placed an order for LG refrigerator and the product not delivered even after ** days and when contacted customer care they told that the order handover to local courier from their courier partner FedEx and they told to see an update from local courier service. They said they don't even have local courier contact also. Finally, after ** days I fed up with customer care and their ** hours update policy and asked for cancellation. After * days of cancellation also they said to wait ** hours to get the status update on the cancellation. I am attaching customer care conversation audio.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
