I have purchased a product on Flipkart on July **th. The product is a gym combo set of rs ****. The expected delivery date was on July **, but the product do not delivered on that date. They changed the delivery date to august * nd and i waited until August * nd .But on that day I didn't received anything from Flipkart when I contacted customer supportive through Google they told me that there is an issue in delivery and they will deliver within the next * business days and they charted the date to August ** th.But I did not received my product on that date.when I called the customer supportive of Flipkart,they told me that delivery partner have contacted me on July ** th, august * nd and on August * th,for delivery.but I did not received any call from them.When I asked about delivery partners contact address they are not willing to give me the details.i have call recordings of Flipkart customer supportive And when I contacted on Ekart ( delivery partner of Flipkart) they told me that they are not assigned for the delivery of my product.the delivery is assigned to some private parties.I told the Flipkart supportive representative that I will go and purchase my product from their hub,but they are not willing to give me their details.Again they changed the delivery date to August ** th.its almost more than one month I have been waiting for the product. I took leaves on those days of the expected delivery and it's a total loss of money .I have purchased it on SBI credit card EMI option of rs *** for * months,but rs **** got fully debited from my account.i need a resolution for government side.They a making fool of my time and patience.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
