The Case Factory is a phone Case manufacturing company and it's a scam.
I'm from India and I placed an order for * phone cases from their official website thecasefactory.in and it was to be delivered in * - * business days. It's been ** days since and there hasn't even been an update on the order.
I reached to their support email and DMed on instagram and got no response from anyone.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
