I have ordered an entertainment unit online from pepperfry.com (details below). After delivery its been noticed that some item is missing . The missing item is the legs which are increasing the height of the unit which is key need for us and that's why we selected this item.
Actually its not serving the purpose and very short in height hence we are not in position to use it.

Pepperfy have acknowledged the missing item and offered the compensation of **** rs but i refused it and asked for missing items or return and still no proper response since ** June.
Need help in getting the full refund
