Flipkart - Product missing from package

On the date of **th May ****, I had ordered a Samsung galaxy note * worth Rs ***** from Flipkart. It delivered on ** May **** but when I open the package the product was missing from that so that had a complaint to Flipkart and they told me that they will replace this on or before * June. On the day of *nd June, I had recieved one email that your product had been successfully delivered but I got only the confirmation no delivery was done. I complain this to Flipkart they told me that they will solve this issue on or before *th June and from that day they are doing the same thing that they will make fake promises and telling that will tell you in ** hour and after ** hours they come up with new date since that day they are only giving as the new date no resolution is given. They had also blocked my account telling that you had done a number of return I had done this on the call with their executive because my return/replacement request is rejected every time so that they blacklisted my account. I can't log in to my account further each and every time they are giving a new date. I had also file FIR regarding this at the police station and on Facebook and Instagram. I had some words with them but on both the site they are giving me a professional answer that will contact you please wait and like this. For this issue, I get mentally torture and getting month over they are doing nothing. I am suffering from this being in middle-class family this much amount is huge for us. I had suffered a lot for this and now they people are telling that we will not give you any replacement or refund your case is closed.
