I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Fire-Boltt regarding an unresolved service issue and the improper closure of my complaint ticket without any resolution.
In October **** , I raised a service complaint with Fire-Boltt due to a charging issue with my Fire-Boltt smartwatch. Following this, your service team arranged a pickup of the product, and I duly handed over my watch to your authorized pickup partner, trusting that the issue would be resolved.
However, even after more than three months, I have not received my watch back, nor have I been provided with any update regarding its repair, replacement, or current status. Shockingly, without resolving the issue or informing me, Fire-Boltt has unilaterally closed my service ticket (Ticket No. ******).
This behavior reflects gross negligence, lack of transparency, and a serious deficiency in after-sales service. I am extremely distressed by the fact that my product has been taken by your service system and has not been returned, effectively resulting in a loss of my property.
I request the following actions immediately:
*. Clear information on the current whereabouts and status of my smartwatch, OR
*. A full replacement or refund of the product, AND
*. Appropriate compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and unreasonable delay caused.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Forum and other appropriate legal authorities without further notice.
I expect a written response and resolution at the earliest.
