*. I ordered an XL-sized trouser from your website, but unfortunately, I received a significantly smaller size, closer to a medium, with a different look and pattern. The product received does not match the description provided on your website. I have attached images of the product for your reference.

*. I want to emphasize that the product remains unused, and all tags and stickers are intact, exactly as I received them. Additionally, the return courier service has confirmed the product's condition and returned it due to the mismatch.
