I am writing to express my disappointment with the AirPods Pro I purchased from Apple. I have been experiencing several issues with my AirPods Pro, including crackling or static sounds, and Active Noise Cancellation not working as expected. I was pleased to learn that Apple has a service program for sound issues with AirPods Pro, and I was promised a replacement for my affected AirPods Pro.
However, I was disappointed to learn that my AirPods Pro do not fall under the year mentioned in the service program. Despite this, my devices have identified with all the issues mentioned in the service program.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
