Realme - Product kept in service center for more than a month n still not repaired

I had bought realme pad *gb ** gb rom **.* inch with wifi+*gb tablet (grey), from flip kart site which had serial no. ***************, in Oct **** for my study purpose, it had only one study app installed nothing else, with that limited use also tab started malfunctioning within *-* months of usage only, I was too busy with my studies N didn't had the time to go to service center, so when I got free on * june **** I took my tab to service center they got it collected N told me it will be repaired in *-* days, since then I'm waiting for the tab..... I mailed the realme service center multiple times, called multiple times everytime they tell the same thing to have patience N wait for *-* days, it's already been more than month, today is * July...... For how long should one wait? This has hampered my studies very badly, by wasting all my energy in calling customer care N visiting service center I'm mentally drained out too, this means I haven't only lost my precious time but also my mental stability that too by paying hard earned rs***** for such faulty device which couldn't even function properly for * months.... Plz help me out
