From Ajio I ordered A-line embroidered kurta set of *-piece from Avaasa brand for Rs**** on COD.but I only received kurta only so I raised complain and they asked me to return the product .As exchange option was not available for the kurta set. on **Oct **** at *:**pm the delivery guy came and picked up the retuned item. which I got massage from courier agency also that the return item was picked up successfully but in ajio app it was not updated and I am continuously getting text and call from ajio to return the parcel which i am already return. so I raised a complain to ajio customer Care regarding this mental harassment the company is causing me. But they are giving dates after dates for resolution but doing nothing .plz look after my case of Ajio and help me to get my refund back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
