Amazon India - Product is not working

I ordered Aquafresh Swift Water purifier from Amazon (worth Rs. ****/-). It was delivered on **rd May, ****. When I called for installation, I came to know that the service is not available in my town (Latur). I paid Rs. *** and get it installed. from ** days the purifier is not at all working. so based on contact details provided on warranty card we contacted to Manufacturer RK enterprises Delhi, and he asked to send the invoice copy, we shared all the required details then they replied get it checked from local technician which we did from three different technician, they suggested major part of the Purifiers are not working like Motor, Sonet wall and better to ask them to replace to product. same we communicated to the company, but they mentioned we need to send those part to Delhi office by spending postal charges and all till date I already spend so much of money to get it repaired where company is not ready to help us to resolve this issue. due to lockdown it is not possible to get send them and all. So we mentioned we will get it repaired and we will you need to pay the charges as per repair bill. but they are not agree. then I raised this concern with Amazon as well but they are also mentioned cant help here. I am the Prime customer for Amazon and continuously ordering stuff from Amazon. I am looking for refund my money along with addition money I spend so far. Could you please help us under Consumer protection act. Details of Invoice and whats app chat I will share with you. You can see the behavior of seller he denied to provide the letter of Service Denied and telling me share them the Whatsapp Screenshot. I can not give anything in written.
